Today's Idiot of the Day award goes to this guy that has spent hours trying to turn his mother's laptop off. "What the hell f%ck is going on with this god damn thing?! I'm getting very upset with this!" Haha, and the Dell rep keeps asking him for his name, address, email, etc before finally asking if the fool sees the power button.
