He's a little dog that apparently has some aggression issues. First he bites some guy in the park, then the old lady who owns the dog starts rambling on how he 'jumps on her vagina and bites it...' No, I'm not kidding, this is what she says. Absolutely nuts. Oh yeah, he also seem to like biting a labrador on the privates.
