Time for some dancing otter action! E-mail

Maybe it's just me, but something struck me as odd about this 'dancing' otter. Seems cute enough. The guy that put the clip together says the otter is dancing and even throws in some Outkast, but it looks like the otter is more concerned with showing that rock wall some love rather than dancing. funny video.
